Waterval Investment Company (Pty) Limited (WIC) is the development vehicle for the land owners of the Farm Waterval.

This development comprises more than 1 400 000 m2 of GLA for offices, retail, commercial, showrooms and mixed use developments as well as in excess of 8 000 residential development opportunities.

WIC also has vested interests in a number of other companies and ventures in South Africa, leveraging off its development skills and capital resources.

WIC has recently appointed Waterfall Management and Operating Company (Pty) Ltd (WMOC) as project, asset and operational managers for its current and future developments which will include the asset and operational management of existing assets exceeding R4 billion in value. This appointment shall increase WIC's capacity to diversify its portfolio and ensure the future growth and success of the company.
